Chocolate Fondue

Melt 2 parts bittersweet chocolate to 1 parts cream in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring occasionally. Stir in a bit of alcohol at the end if you like. Serve with strawberries, pineapple, pound cake, brownies, raspberries, bananas, and/or whatever else you like to dip into chocolate.
